Step 1: Place the black Mesh Bag inside the White Fine Mesh Filter Bag.

Step 2: Take both bags and place them within the Outer Polyester Bag.

Step 3: Attach the Outer Polyester Bag, with the other two bags inside, to the blower with the clamps provided.
